PETTY GOODS

Small things. Strong opinions. An expressive accessories brand turning everyday objects into useful little statements.

BRAND IDENTITY

PETTY GOODS is an independent brand concept for everyday accessories with a little attitude. Phone cases, pouches, charms and stickers become small expressions of personality, combining practical use with dry humour and very specific opinions.

The identity pairs a compact, rounded wordmark with an unbothered character whose changing expressions carry the brand’s mood. Cobalt blue and warm cream anchor the palette, with butter yellow and tomato red adding warmth and contrast. Expressive typography and short statements such as “Ask someone else” and “Not today” give the brand a recognisable voice.

The concept extends across product design, packaging, shopping bags, illustrations, repeat patterns and social content. Each application balances an outspoken exterior with warmer details inside, making the experience feel playful rather than dismissive.

A self-initiated exploration of brand identity, art direction and product storytelling. All products and packaging are concept proposals.
