Finding the right tutor starts here.
Designed a website for a specialist Primary English tutor-matching service. Clear tutor profiles, a simple process overview and separate request and consultation routes help parents explore their options and take the next step.
VISIT TUTOR BRIDGE SOLUTION ↗The client needed a website that explained its Primary English specialisation and helped parents begin the tutor-matching process. Requested features included tutor profiles, parent stories, FAQs, tutor requests and consultation booking, tailored to different levels of readiness.
MAKING THE SPECIALISM CLEAR.

I gave Primary 1–6 English tuition clear prominence in the opening section, followed by concise service benefits. This hierarchy helps parents quickly understand who the service is for and how its focused offering relates to their child’s needs.

PUTTING THE RIGHT DETAILS FIRST.
I organised tutor profiles into consistent cards showing tutor type, teaching focus, experience and starting rates. Parents can scan relevant details together, making it easier to understand the different teaching options before requesting a match.

MAKING THE PROCESS FEEL MANAGEABLE.
I translated the matching process into four numbered stages, from the initial request to the first lesson. Explaining what happens next gives parents a clearer picture of the service before they share their requirements.

TWO WAYS TO GET STARTED.
Some parents are ready to request a tutor; others want a conversation first. I created distinct routes for tutor requests and consultation booking, repeating both options at key points so the website accommodates each customer’s preferred next step.

DESIGNED AROUND A PARENT’S DECISION.
I brought the client’s specialist positioning, tutor information and enquiry tools into a cohesive website that guides parents from understanding the service to taking action. Clear hierarchy, consistent profile layouts and a visible process make a detailed offering easier to assess. The project demonstrates my ability to design around both business requirements and customer behaviour. Each client-requested feature has a purpose within the wider journey — helping the business explain its value while giving parents the information and choices they need to move forward.
