BEING SMALL IS THE SELLING POINT. SO I DESIGNED IT THAT WAY.
A boutique agency website that turns founder access and speed into the reason to choose them.

AEG is a boutique agency offering SEO, Google Ads and social media to Singapore SMEs. Next to big agencies it can look like the risky choice. But its real strengths are exactly what SMEs dislike about big agencies: direct access to the founders, fast changes, no lock-in contracts. The client needed a site that made being boutique feel like an advantage.

I kept the visual language clean and trustworthy: a confident blue, a friendly face in the hero, and reassurance right under the main actions (available now, fast response, no contracts). Then I made the comparison explicit with a side-by-side table: AEG against large agencies on founder access, speed, pricing, market focus and communication.
To lower the risk of trying a new agency, I gave the client's launch offer its own section: a free audit, the first month's fee waived and a personalised strategy session, with a clear limit on spots. I also organised nine services under three menus (SEO, Google Ads, Social), so an SME knows where to start.
The client can now compete on its own terms instead of trying to look bigger than it is. Visitors understand quickly why a boutique team suits them, and the first step costs them nothing. This is what I look for in every project: the one thing that makes a client different, made impossible to miss.
