200+ PRODUCTS. ONE WEBSITE THAT MAKES SENSE.

A clean, product-led website for a Singapore hospitality supplier — designed to make an extensive range of hotel and wellness amenities easier to discover, understand and enquire about.

LUMA needed a digital home that could do more than introduce the business. With a growing catalogue of hospitality essentials, the website had to help hotels and businesses find what they need quickly — without turning the experience into a crowded supplier catalogue. The result is a clean, product-led website that brings discovery, company information and enquiries into one clear digital experience.

A LOT OF PRODUCTS. ZERO REASON FOR THE CLUTTER.

Hospitality supply comes with a lot of information — categories, specifications, quantities and different purchasing needs. The challenge was to organise it all without making the website feel heavy. A restrained visual system, generous spacing and clear hierarchy keep the experience easy to scan while allowing the products to remain the focus.

FIND IT. WITHOUT THE HUNT.

The product experience was built around discovery. Clear categories, search functionality and structured product listings give visitors multiple ways to move through the catalogue — whether they already know what they need or are simply exploring what LUMA supplies.

B2B DOESN'T HAVE TO FEEL B2B.

Supplier websites often prioritise information at the expense of experience. For LUMA, the goal was to keep the practical side of B2B intact while giving the interface more breathing room. Warm neutral accents, simple typography and product-focused layouts create a site that feels professional without becoming cold or overly corporate.

FROM “I WANT THIS” TO “LET’S TALK.”

Not every hospitality purchase belongs in a standard checkout flow. Product-level enquiry actions were designed to carry the selected item directly into a focused enquiry form, reducing unnecessary steps and giving business customers a straightforward way to communicate quantities and requirements.

THE WEBSITE DOES THE SORTING.

Products are grouped into clear categories so an extensive catalogue feels manageable rather than overwhelming. The structure was designed to scale with the business, allowing more products and categories to be introduced without changing the fundamental browsing experience.

SAME EXPERIENCE. SMALLER SCREEN.

The mobile experience was treated as its own interface rather than a smaller copy of desktop. Navigation is simplified, product content remains visually dominant and enquiry actions stay accessible — creating a browsing experience that still feels considered when screen space becomes limited.

MORE THAN A PRODUCT CATALOGUE.

Beyond products, the website gives LUMA space to communicate who they are, why businesses choose them and what is happening within the company. Company information and editorial content sit alongside the product experience without competing with it, turning the website into a broader digital home for the business.

LESS SEARCHING. MORE FINDING.

The final website brings LUMA’s products, company story and enquiry journey into one responsive system. What could have been a dense supplier catalogue becomes a clearer digital experience — one designed to help hospitality customers discover products, understand the business and take the next step with less friction.
