PMA sources home fitness equipment direct from the factory and sells it to Singapore customers. Their edge is serious gear at a fair price. The risk was looking like one more discount store. The client needed a store that felt like it was made for people who train, while keeping browsing and checkout effortless.

I built an industrial identity: black, safety orange and a heavy condensed typeface over gritty gym photography. The hero says it plainly: "Built to dominate." Underneath, the store is calm and organised. Eight clear categories, a featured-gear row with best-seller and new labels, and visible savings on every product card.
I put the reasons to buy where buyers hesitate. Free delivery above $80 and the WhatsApp number sit in a bar at the top of every page, and quality, returns and local support sit right above the footer. I also gave the client's B2B side its own Corporate Sales route and added order tracking, so the store serves both home users and businesses.
The client has a brand with real attitude and a store that scales from 32 products to many more without a redesign. It shows how I approach e-commerce: make the brand memorable, then get out of the way of the purchase.
