SME OWNERS DON'T WANT PARTS. THEY WANT AN OFFICE THAT WORKS.

After the Prime Second Tech website, the same client came back for his IT hardware business. Prime Digital Supplies sells PCs, mini PCs, networking gear and peripherals to SMEs, startups and home offices in Singapore, and sets them up too. Most of these buyers aren't IT people. A page full of specs doesn't help them. They need to know what to buy, and that someone will make it work.

Prime Second Tech is bright orange and made for consumers. This brand sells to businesses, so I took it somewhere darker and more technical: near-black backgrounds, a cool cyan accent and product shots lit like a server room. It still feels like the same owner, just in work clothes. Before showing a single product, the homepage leads with what a business buyer checks first: a wide range in stock, a one-year warranty and local delivery.
The bundles are what set this shop apart. Instead of asking customers to work out which router, mini PC and monitor go together, I grouped them into ready-made kits, Work From Home, Startup Office, Gaming & Creator and SME Office Expansion, each with setup and support hours included and the savings shown upfront. IT services get their own page with flat-rate packages, and a live technician chat on the homepage catches questions before they turn into lost sales.

The same owner now runs two brands: one that buys and repairs phones for consumers, and one that equips small offices. The new site works like a sales counter and an IT desk at once. Customers can browse by category, pick a kit, check service prices and talk to a technician without leaving the page.
