Words Get Around is a new creative marketing agency started by a group of young marketers and writers in Singapore. They came to me with a name and an idea, but no logo, no brand and no words on paper. Their customers would be small businesses taking their first steps in marketing: curious, but wary of agencies, hard sells and long contracts.

The name is about word of mouth, so the identity is built around talking: a line-drawn face mid-sentence, speech bubbles and a set of original icons, all in lilac, ink and a warm orange. The type is wide and loud, the tone friendly and plain. I wrote every page in that same voice, from "Good words travel further" to the scrolling "Say it loud, pass it on" ticker.
The client's main promise was a free, online-only consultation, so I made that the centre of the site instead of a price list: no prices, no office visits, just one clear button to book a call. Packages explain what's included and invite a quote. And because a new agency has no past clients to show, I added "Campaign ideas we would love to make": three made-up brands with original campaign concepts, so visitors can see the team's thinking straight away.

The site is ready and waiting for launch. When it goes live, a brand-new agency gets to look established from day one, with a voice, a visual system and a website that already sound like the same team.
