Different shoppers enter the range with different levels of knowledge. I created several starting points: categories for customers who know what they need, bundles for those building a toolkit and a gift guide for people buying for someone else.
THE EXECUTION
I designed and developed the catalogue, bundle presentation, gift guide and cart-to-checkout interface. The ordering journey accommodates the client's WhatsApp confirmation process, while delivery, returns and payment information have dedicated destinations customers can consult before ordering.
THE OUTCOME
Crumbs gains a storefront with several useful ways to discover its range and an order journey suited to its workflow. The project shows my ability to connect merchandising ideas with practical functionality, giving both confident shoppers and first-time buyers a place to begin.
