NY Hotel Suppliers sells linens, towels and amenities in bulk to hotels, resorts and serviced apartments. Their buyers are not shoppers. They are procurement managers outfitting hundreds of rooms, and they need to know what is available, whether it is hotel-grade, and how fast they can get a price. A normal online shop would have been the wrong tool.

I gave the brand a quiet-luxury look, with warm neutrals, gold accents and an editorial serif, so it feels at home next to the properties it supplies. The homepage moves through what a buyer weighs: collections first, then why to partner with them, then projects that show room counts and the products used.
I replaced the shopping cart with a quote request built around how hotels plan. The form asks for property type, location and the number of single, queen and king beds, then which product lines they need. That gives the client everything they need to price a job in one step, and it lets the site promise a tailored quote within 24 hours.
Enquiries now arrive ready to quote, not as vague messages that need three rounds of follow-up. The client looks like the established partner a five-star property expects. This is the work I enjoy most: designing around how a client's customers actually buy, not around a template.
